SSP (Select Service Partners)- LondonProject Manager – Construction • Delivery of food & beverage retail space throughout Network Rail & Regional rail stations nationally, co-ordination of retail teams internal/external, through design/procurement and build phases.• Establish/maintain effective project governance throughout ever-evolving F&B projects.• Working alongside Network Rail/Internal project teams directly, delivering SSP & Branded concepts throughout Estate.• Assessing site progress against program, this directly to SSP & external project teams allowing fluid delivery.• Checking and verifying site set out dimensions to Architects & internal Project team requirements.• Preparation and issue of reporting suite of documents to SSP team.• Management of predicted timelines for detailed architectural design submissions/LLC/LBC to client teams.
