ABOUT PETER BRAITHWAITE
Peter is a sustainable resource management and environmental professional with over 25 years of experience.He is a highly competent project manager with UK and international site-based experience on major capital projects providing technical and strategic leadership to project teams. Peter’s circular economy, waste and resource management experience includes providing advice to developers, local authorities and the waste management industry. He has experience in the delivery of EIAs and the consenting process for NSIP/DCO for waste infrastructure and offshore wind projects (including ScotWind) and has input to a range of project EIA and has led and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to deliver ES and technical studies. He has led international waste projects advising on the options and suitability of existing facilities for the treatment and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous wastes and drafted strategy and management plans. International project experience: Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Cameroon, China, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mauritania, Mozambique, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Uganda.
