Pete is responsible for providing consistent delivery excellence to bswift\'s direct and channel partner clients. Over the course of his 38-year career, Pete’s work has covered the full breadth of TBO services. Current and historic work areas include operations, compliance, best practices, communications, training, technology, implementations, solution architecture, sales support, and product development. Pete has a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Michigan. Certifications include Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations.
