Lead, oversee and develop the analysis department in line with Charlton Athletic Football Club & Management. • Ensure that the club is up-to-date knowledge with relevant software & hardware advancements. • Review first team matches to provide insight to coaching staff & create presentations for players. • Analyse opposotion match footage and provide detailed insights on oppositions strengths & weaknesses. Create detailed presentations to faciliate game plan. • Telserate presentations to create specific detial to be hilighted for opposition meetings, set plays & other requirements. • work with data to provide reports both on peformance of the team and an opposition report to provide data related to performance and individuals. • Attend all first team matches (home and away) to provide game specific information to assist coaching staff on the bench. • Work with staff members to create prepare appeals towards disciplinary actions, as well with the physi-otherapist and fitness coach to aid the recovery of players. • Support the recruitment department to identify potential future palyers, as well as, detailed analysis through data and video. • Liaison with the Other analysis departments to create consistency between the first team. Provide clear guidance to roles and responsabilities.
