In this role I provide coaching and consulting to executive leaders around the world who are seeking to reach new levels of self leadership, team leadership, and strategic leadership so that they may create superior results in both business and life. How I serve;1) Providing direct 1-to-1 coaching and consulting by way of ExecOnline\'s 90 day unlimited coaching agreement and/or singular high impact coaching sessions.2) Delivering tailored project feedback to leaders who are creating live projects within ExecOnline\'s leadership development courses to expand thinking, increase comprehension of course methodology and make robust each leader\'s project so that they may effectively implement their projects for maximum impact. 3) Facilitating live events as a content expert and coach to enhance the learning experience of leaders within ExecOnline\'s advanced leadership programs. ABOUT PETER BLANCHARD P. ENG
I\'m a natural problem solver with an inherent drive to make things better whether it be a skill, a process, a relationship, a team, a community or a company. Early in life I gravitated to the sciences always seeking to understand the reality of our world while finding ways to bring my imagination to life. I naturally found mechanical engineering which was an amazing lane for me to grow and apply both my creative and analytical skillsets. I grew quickly in my field but started to notice that certain needs and values were going unmet. This was paired with an instinctual feeling that I was yet to find my zone of genius and life had something bigger in store for me. It was through recognizing my desire for growth, my love for human connection, my ability to brainstorm ideas and create the visions and strategies for successful outcomes that I found my place as a visionary and servant leader. Not only do I accept change as a constant, I seek it out and I thrive in it. This positioned me well for key leadership missions within my organization where I would expatriate twice; namely Scotland and South Carolina. Today I\'m most interested in leadership roles, coaching, consulting, and training facilitation that serves meaningful change in work culture, community, and business with the ultimate aim of creating more health and happiness in the world. I aim to seek out and uncover meaningful growth for myself and my peers, while performing to the best of my abilities in the pursuit of my most meaningful and challenging goals. My most proud achievements- Being selected from a global pool of Michelin engineers to expatriate to Scotland and lead the site engineering team through a 100 million euro transformation project with a first of it\'s kind robotic workshop- Leading purpose inspiration sessions for Michelin audiences in South Carolina of over 200 factory personnel with the aim of connecting each member of the audience to their own sense of purpose and receiving a 95% positive feedback rate- Standing shoulder to shoulder with 850 of my Michelin Dundee family and playing a senior leadership role in helping our teams move through a devastating redundancy announcement by co-developing a resilience plan, leading a group of incredible people in our social support team and doing my absolute best to help each and every one of us find our next step forward in our careers- Discovering iPEC and becoming a certified professional coach who can lead himself as well as others to new levels of self-awareness and thereby unlock new possibilities for the future.
