   Represents the JFHQ-C CDR to the NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N & NC) Commander, working with her staff, the N & NC Joint Cyber Center, US Cyber Command, NSA and other intelligence agencies, DHS and other inter-agency partners, CENTCOM, EUCOM, PACOM STRATCOM, TRANSCOM and Cyber Command\'s Service Cyber Components to advise leaders of both N & NC and JFHQ-C on cyber plans and operations. Supports planning efforts in development, alignment and employment of cyber mission forces supporting N-NC objectives, as well as strategic plans and policies and international cooperation in cyberspace issues. Coordinates key aspects of JFHQ-C senior leaders’ visits and engagements with N-NC. Participates in N-NC Special Technical Operations working groups to coordinate sensitive efforts where cyber operations or other non-kinetic effects may be a factor. Plans and coordinates JFHQ-C participation in all N-NC Tier 1 exercises & other key N-NC exercises and conferences, particularly those dealing with cyberspace operations, threats or capabilities. Recommends guidelines for establishing and maintaining relationships with N & NC, its components, & cyber mission forces. Assess adequacy of JFHQ-C’s capabilities, operations, plans & relationships that effect N & NCC and recommend improvements.
