Our customers can access a unique network of resources and expertise, including business support through our partnership with Enterprise Nation and a host of events to encourage connections. Our wellness partnerships including FORM, Bode Clinic and Altius Healthcare allow us to meet customer well-being needs. We’re always looking to partner with like minded businesses that have the same ambitions as us.Some of our key spaces include the first Pioneer building, Blackfriars House in Manchester, as well as Cotton Exchange in Liverpool, Booths Park in Cheshire, 3 Sovereign Square in Leeds and Cornerblock in Birmingham. Our approach is to be embedded in the cities in which we operate. We actively collaborate with our partners to bring about real change, and not only do we partner with ambitious and groundbreaking arts and cultural organisations, but each year we commit a minimum 10% of our profits to environmental, civic and charitable initiatives through Bruntwood Group and the Oglesby Charitable Trust - these include Manchester International Festival, bluedot festival, Leeds Digital Festival and SoundCity.
