I have extensive experience in complex Federal and State Court litigation in several areas of the law including professional liability, construction litigation, commercial/corporate disputes, and insurance coverage. In my twenty plus years of practice, I have litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of developers, contractors and road contractors in complex, high exposure construction defect, products liability and construction accident cases. I also have significant class action litigation experience in claims involving products liability and TCPA violations.Since graduating from law school in 1997, I have devoted my entire career to trial work, and my representations vary from individuals to national and multinational corporations.
