At the preconstruction phase, we look at the project from a contractor’s perspective and assist designers by providing real-time, continuous feedback on constructability to help guide the project to a successful outcome. We develop construction site logistics and sequencing plans to help minimize disruption to operations and to maximize safety, quality and performance.
