Assist CSU/CMT in classification of punch items and assign responsibility.• Follow safety meetings, Lock-out procedures and ensure permit authorization before entering to restricted and energized area such as E-House, Transformer Yard, Co-Gen.• Prepared Arc flash calculations and Arc flash labels• Prepared relay setting for Eaton C441 and D64, Stratco SE-330, SE-135 & SE-701, GE Entelliguard, F35, T60• Identify risks, develop work around plan, mitigate risks & document turn over to client for startup of Equipment• Code & Standards used: CSA C22.1-12, CSA-B72-M87, Mining 421, 835, 399 & 1584• Co-ordination with Third Party vendors, ABB(Electrical), Honeywell(Automation), Kentz(Telecom)• Prepared Engineering Work Package(EWP’s) for power distribution.• Interprets regulatory codes and client standards, prepare Technical Deviation Notice(TDN), Project Change Request, Design Change Notice(DCN) and respond to site RFI’S.
