Interiors experience includes the following products on all Boeing airframes, Airbus single aisle airframes, and the Mitsubishi Regional Jet: all classes of seating products, cabin and flight deck linings, stowbins, lavatories, water waste systems, and galley systems. Subject Matter Expert for passenger seats. Training to become ODA member. SME on cargo systems for all UAL airframes. SME on UV cleaning and cargo in the cabin industry initiatives. Owner of multiple seating products; Polaris Business First cabin, IPTE Business Class, MiQ Premium Economy,RECARO BL3520 Economy Class, and Pinnacle Economy Class. Support daily operational issues associated with seats. Support reliability initiatives to reduce airplane write ups for seating products. Also lead engineeringinvestigations to identify reliability issues and design solutions. Manage seating suppliers to ensure that programs are on schedule, technical data provided meets standardsrequired to create engineering instructions, designs are robust and compliant to 14 CFR requirements. Create engineering instructions and drawings to modify or retrofit airplane configurations, while ensuring that all14 CFR part 25 and part 121 requirements are met. Provide on-site support at maintenance bases and MROs, issuing engineering instructions to prevent workstoppages while maintaining compliance. Lead and Support interiors projects on multiple airframes; 787, 767, 757, 737, A320, A319. Support multiple interiors commodities and associated systems to help complete retrofit projects. Manage Collins Aerospace and Safran Aerosystems reliability projects across all seating products in the fleet.
