About Peter Troiano

I am currently a Finance & Business Analytics senior at the University of Georgia with hands-on internship experience in fixed income, real estate, and financial leasing in addition to various student leadership roles on campus.At Neuberger Berman this past summer, I modeled a $16B+ mortgage securitization portfolio and strengthened my technical skills in Excel, SQL, and Python. At Newmark last summer, I analyzed data from CoStar and other sources to identify insights that supported the closing of multimillion-dollar leasing deals and earned first place in the firm’s intern case competition.On campus, I co-launched the inaugural chapter of TAMID Group at UGA where I successfully recruited 60 members from over 100 applicants and established a strong, engaged new membership base. I am also an active member of the Finance Society, Alpha Kappa Psi and took on fraternity leadership roles, sharpening my leadership, organizational, and communication skills.As someone who is passionate about real estate finance, asset management, and business strategy, I thrive in collaborative environments where I can turn complex data into clear, strategic insights that deliver meaningful results.
