Tatum\'s four areas of capability include: · Interim finance and technology executives to fill roles for defined timeframes· End-to-end solutions where we take full ownership of a project· Staff augmentation of accounting, finance and technology professionals· Executive search using our extensive industry networkI successfully completed more than 10 Interim Accounting Management roles since early 2009, including CFO. I assumed the daily role of overseeing the department and led the completion of deliverables for multiple annual audits. Recommended enhancements to existing processes and controls and authored documentation of relevant technical accounting rules. In my review of GL accounts, enhanced the monthly presentation and identified many significant adjustments. Created excel models to automate sections of the annual budget. In a separate project role, created a solution for consolidated monthly reporting obviating the need for new accounting software and identified $150K of state income tax overpayments to refund. Created financial statements and helped draft a business plan for clients of a small CPA firm.
