Before joining Integritas, I spent 23 years in sales, sales & service management, and marketing with three successful local companies: Burkhart Advertising, CBRE/Bradley, and Ziker Uniforms. I helped all three companies recruit top talent, develop deep business relationships, and grow revenue. My roles as General Manager, V.P, Broker, and Sales & Service Manager provided me with training and certification in diverse and effective selling and leadership styles. My strengths include recruiting, business and team management, relationship development, sales and sales procedure development, and marketing. My servant leadership experiences include being Past President of the South Bend Rotary Club, Past President of the Michiana Ad Club, and the South Bend/Mishawaka Leadership program. I helped develop a 501(c)(3) organization, Buses by the Beach, benefiting the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. In 2006, I had the honor of receiving the South Bend Rotary’s David F. Fischgrund Community Service Award, which recognizes significant community contributions and embodies the Rotary “Service Above Self” motto. I am currently the Board President at a wonderful organization called The Music The Music Village is located in the heart of downtown South Bend and is rapidly becoming Michiana\'s premier community musical arts center. We believe that where the arts flourish, so do people and communities. Our mission is to welcome individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels to learn about, create, experience, and participate in music and dance.
