Mature narrator. After over twenty years telling stories in the classroom, creating educational material online and consuming audio books, I\'m embarking on a new journey as a narrator. Before embarking on my journey as a narrator and voice artist, I\'d been using my voice for years to tell stories as an English Teacher. More recently I\'ve delivered online learning sessions. I\'ve also taught Media and Film Studies, teaching students video and audio editing, and I\'m comfortable around the Adobe suite of products. I\'m currently recording with an Audio-Technica 2020 and editing using Adobe Audition in my home studio. More importantly, I\'m enthusiastic about delivering an engaging audio experience to your listeners.

ABOUT PETER MCGIFFEN
Peter McGiffen (PeteMc Voices) is a British narrator and voice-actor who has recently branched out from audiobooks, having completed about 50, into audio-dramas and other more commercial endeavours. Peter was fortunate to be cast as the Narrator in \'Gareth and the Lost Island\', and to play the supporting character of Henry, along with some more comical extras; here Peter earned his first IMDB credit. Following this, and some more diverse voice acting roles in a series of adverts for Kia, children\'s audiobooks, and video games, Peter joined Equity and Spotlight, and is now pursuing more character based voice acting roles. Peter has a successful collaboration with author Adrian Finney, and voices the Strange Britain series of books, which explore some of Britain\'s ghosts, paranormal and UFO mysteries. Peter has completed a few hundred diverse voiceover projects ranging from commercials, eLearning modules, through video game characters to narrating true crime channels.When not behind the mic, Peter can be found out in the woods, longbow in hand, pursuing another passion project - field archery. Peter has been a coach and instructor over the years and has shot competitively. He had a long career in education, teaching Media & Film Studies where he learnt his way around the editing suite. He has also taught English Language & Literature, which has given him ample opportunity to use his voice for story telling and instruction over the years. He is currently recording with his trusty Sennheiser Mk4, an Audient iD4, and editing using Adobe Audition on a Mac Air in his home studio.
