I am a highly experienced professional with proven ability to form and develop strong relationships with clients from companies large and small, and I always have customer satisfaction at the front of my mind. I am a true team player, very consultative, big on attention to detail, a great communicator and listener, highly empathetic, and take huge pride in delivering an exceptional level of service to my customers.Following a successful near-decade career in recruitment, I have spent the past 10 years working in for SaaS software companies within the e-commerce and recruitment technology sectors, playing hugely instrumental roles in the growth of two early-stage companies. I have delivered many recruitment technology implementation projects for major organisations, including the Royal Navy, and multinational private sector organisations (e.g, Nissan Motor Corp, REED Specialist Recruitment, and Matalan), and have managed client accounts, dealing with both SMEs and major enterprises.I also have a long track-record of winning new business, with clients ranging from SMEs up to 6-figure, multi-year contracts with many major organisations across a wide range of industry sectors including telecoms, UK Government, airlines, travel and leisure, retail, banking and financial services, tech, education, NHS and healthcare, utilities, and manufacturing.
