ABOUT PETER KHOURY

Peter brings a unique combination of clinical insight, legal expertise, and operational strategy to solve high-stakes challenges in healthcare. As a fourth-year medical student at Kansas City University, pursuing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Peter builds on nearly a decade of consulting experience advising the largest academic health systems, insurance companies, and private equity firms in the U.S. During his tenure at Deloitte and KPMG his practice areas included clinical transformation, technology implementation, virtual health, value-based care, regulatory compliance, strategic policy, privacy, revenue cycle, investigations, mergers & acquisitions, and transactions. He served as the first Chief of Staff to Deloitte’s U.S. Health Care Regulatory Leader, based out of Washington, D.C, and has served in seven C-suite leadership roles.Motivated by a deep commitment to health, Peter transitioned from consulting to clinical care to better understand the challenges faced by patients in rural and underserved populations. His goal is to influence health policies and drive technological innovations that improve outcomes for communities globally.Peter is a published researcher and serves as a reviewer for leading industry journals. His work spans dermatology, digital health, regulatory compliance, chronic care management, and public health, leveraging technology to address systemic healthcare challenges. A recipient of the Dermatology Foundation\'s Diversity Research Award, he is committed to bridging gaps in health equity and mentoring others.Recognized as a thought leader, Peter holds leadership roles with the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) as an appointed member of the Committee on AOA Governance and Organizational Structure (CAGOS) and with the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) as Chair of the Philadelphia Regional Conference Planning Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Board to the Chairman and CEO of 24OurCare, a HealthTech care management company and as an ambassador for the National Eczema Association.Peter earned his undergraduate degree at Penn State University and holds graduate degrees from Penn State University and Widener School of Law. He seeks to collaborate with organizations poised to redefine healthcare, delivering innovative solutions that transform care delivery and improve lives.
