Pete chairs the Leech Tishman Management Committee.Pete provides counsel on a full range of complex business issues. He advises clients on matters related to entity formation and operation, the tax and legal structure of business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate finance matters, venture capital funding, and private equity transactions. Pete counsels businesses on multifaceted restructuring and recapitalization transactions involving both debt and equity. Pete has a deep understanding of financial accounting, as well as business and tax law, which allows him to be creative in finding solutions to otherwise challenging deals.Pete has earned the reputation of being resourceful, pragmatic, and cost-effective for his clients.
