I am the Managing Director of Fellows and Associates who are a professional services sector recruitment company focused on intellectual property. Fellows and Associates also has a management consultancy division which offers social media support to firms (particularly video content) as well as strategic financial advice and support to smaller firms.I have a great deal of experience recruiting Patent Attorneys, Trade Mark Attorneys, IP Lawyers and IP Professionals both within the corporate environment and for private practices. I also have business strategy and recruitment advertising expertise particularly in the use of new media. Throughout my career I have worked on large scale projects (such as the recruitment of 250 staff for a large consumer finance business in Melbourne Australia), smaller bespoke work (numerous placements of Partners and Senior Management positions) and complex deals such as business acquisitions.
