ABOUT PETE WARDELL
Pete grew up in New Zealand and moved to Canada in 2006 after graduating university with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Physical Education. He fell in love with Canada during a high school rugby exchange to BC and now resides in Edmonton where he married his university sweetheart and is the proud father of three children.Prior to joining Chandos in 2013, Pete\'s vocational passion has always involved real estate, having raised capital in the exempt market/private equity space, followed by a successful career in real estate brokerage. Pete is a consummate athlete who enjoys running, having completed the Boston Marathon, enjoys lake time in the summer, mountain adventures in the winter, and loves to get out for a surf when near a coast line. Pete is Vice Chair on the board of the Edmonton Community Development Company and is passionate about nurturing Edmonton\'s community fabric.
