I am a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, recognised for my ability to build high-performing teams and drive exceptional results. My deep expertise encompasses a wide range of fraud prevention strategies, from plastic to non-plastic fraud, ensuring the protection of customer assets and organisational integrity.Prior to my focus on fraud, I spent 7 years in Credit Risk, where I developed a strong foundation in customer risk assessment, collections, and portfolio risk management throughout the credit lifecycle.
