Shortly after joining the role changed from Channel Management to implementing transaction comms to the Heritage Friends Life business. As a result of this responsibilities shifted to focus on the communications delivered in the lead up to, and including, ‘Day 1’ of the Aviva transaction. This included the a live streaming event across UK sites, preparing comms across channels for day one events and supporting the team in the development and distribution of broader comms throughout the process. Going forward I was integrated in to the Aviva Internal Comms team where I was involved in implementing projects across the Aviva Group including Digital, Risk, and IT.Latterly the contract moved to a role in Friends Provident International. The key elements of this role were to increase engagement with the FPI Strategy and the Aviva brand (particularly on some sites), working to implement Aviva systems across FPI sites globally and implementing key campaigns across the FPI group (e.g. strategic focus, financial results).
