I lead the global change management capability for Lloyd\'s Register, with accountability for building, evolving and embedding change proficiency in support of large scale transformation. A focus being to develop our organisational \"Change Fitness\" across the globe. My role focuses on- Setting the strategic direction and road map for change capability, aligned to organisational and transformation priorities- Owning and evolving change standards, methods and tools to ensure consistent, high quality outcomes - Developing change professionals and growing a connected, high performing global community - Strengthening organisational change maturity through shared language, practical frameworks, AI supported coaching platforms and continuous learning - Partnering with senior leaders to enable successful adoption of complex change across portfolios Alongside this, I continue to lead significant change initiatives, manage a team of outstanding change professionals and actively engage with the wider change management profession to bring external insight and evidence based practice into LR.
