I’m a health actuary who enjoys translating data into direction. As SVP of Actuarial Services at NFP, an Aon company, I advise self-funded groups across a wide spectrum including employers, municipalities, and unions. I help them navigate risk, renewal strategy, and plan design with clarity and confidence.I lead a team of talented actuaries and analysts. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is mentorship. I enjoy watching new analysts grow into confident professionals. I\'m equally comfortable digging into the math as I am presenting to senior leadership, always aiming to tell the story behind the numbers in plain English.Over the years, I’ve shaped core processes within our practice, introduced creative solutions under pressure (especially during the pandemic), and now leverage new analytics tools through our Aon integration. Every project requires problem solving, and I genuinely enjoy that part of the job.Whether it’s premium modeling, stop-loss structure, or feasibility analysis, I aim to make the complex simple and the strategic actionable.
