As Director Agile Development, I adapted Lean, Agile and Scrum best practices for virtual deployment and transformed hardware and software development teams and marketing organizations across 10 operating companies, improving agility, predictability, and quality. I led a working group of security experts to develop a product security lifecycle model, based on Microsoft’s SDL, and then planned and drove deployment to 33 teams globally across 5 operating companies in 12 months. I coached 32 champions to scale globally and improved security best practices by 67%, software predictability by 73% and hardware predictability by 23% in companies across the enterprise.
