Leading our HR & Recruitment (Talent) department, I’ve been involved in developing the Group’s 3 Horizons Strategy, and led- Design and implementation of our Early Careers programme- L&D programme design and delivery- Talent Acquisition strategy- Employee benefits- Worker & Community related ESG / B Corp work groups, including design and implementation of the company\'s Responsible Sourcing policy & process- Facilitation of Senior Leadership Team ‘Action Learning’ sessions.Now leading a team of 4 direct reports (including team managers), I was originally brought to Consultus International Group to build a new in-house Talent Acquisition function (nominated ‘Team of the Year 2022’).Having since led numerous projects and initiatives (including ‘Project of the Year 2022’, for our Best Companies accreditation), I was the organisation’s Highest Performing Employee for FY24, building a reputation for creative problem-solving and ‘big picture thinking’.‘Geeking out’ on all things people, I’m excited by the subject of People Management.
