In this leadership role, I spearhead golf operations and manage a team of 40 in delivering outstanding service to members and guests. I utilize innovation to enhance merchandising opportunities and capitalize on social media platforms and digital communications to connect with members.HIGHLIGHTS: Generated 35% increase in member event play and increased lesson revenue from $8K to $35K annually with implementation of improved teaching program. Catalyzed merchandise concession and doubled revenue growth using online platforms and innovative promotions to generate interest in unique products. Revitalized Men’s Golf Program including increasing entry fee to Men’s Invitational from $495 to $1200 achieving sold-out capacity for 16 consecutive years. Implemented beginner golf schools, started a 9-hole Ladies’ Golf Program, and expanded the “SWAT” (Single-Without-A-Time) Program to improve member relationships and membership growth. Created Pro Member generating over $10.5K in club revenue as well as the Labor Day Draft event Reinvented a Junior Golf Program to engage with younger members; grew participation from 34 to 63 offering camps, team matches, clinics, and advanced play opportunities. Authored articles for National PGA Publications on using innovative technology to promote programs, events, and merchandising.
