About Pete McGough

I have 25+ years of investment banking experience—including institutional sales, equity capital markets, trading, and corporate access—with cross-functional accountability for investor relations, capital markets and structure, corporate development, financial reporting, planning and analysis, and corporate governance and compliance. Specializing in the technology space, I have done extensive work advising issuers and bankers on why their stocks trade the way they do and how to improve their IR programs. This experience translated seamlessly into investment banking leadership where I have continued on the trajectory of serving large organizations with distinct functional acumen and entrepreneurial vision. I have a strong track record of creating new business opportunities, developing new programs and products, leading IPOs and secondary equity transactions, and partnering across functions to enable a unified mission. At Gambling.com, I was hired as the first IR leader and rapidly expanded my scope as a member of the Executive Committee. A partner to the offshore executive team, I am trusted to oversee operating cadence, develop and execute growth plans, manage the gamut of stakeholder communications, and represent the company across the investor community.    Hired as the the company’s first investor relations leader, I have navigated rapid expansion of responsibilities across banking relationships, capital markets, and treasury. I report to the offshore CEO and CFO and regularly engage with, advise, and inform the Board and C-suite on issues involving the public distribution of financial, strategic, and other material disclosures; valuation analysis; M&A opportunities; financial transactions; and comparable analysis. During my tenure, I established the Investor Relations program, expanded research coverage, diversified the shareholder base, led a multimillion-share follow-on offering, managed a share repurchase program, and established a credit facility. I was also the sole representative of the company at investor presentations, investor conference events, and one-on-one investor meetings.
