   Hire, supervise, manage, and schedule 40+ part time and full time employees for 2 facilities and 3 ice sheets- Mange, staff, and supervise Johnny\'s Adult Hockey league, 140+ teams, games a season, 3rd largest adult league in the United States- Plan and schedule practice and game slots year round for Chicago Jets, Latin High School, and De La Salle High School hockey programs- Provide innovative and efficient solutions for staff optimization and uniformity - Assist with operations, logistics, and inventory for 2 in house bars- Oversee youth programs including Learn to Skate and intro to hockey classes for 250 customers a session. Offer insight to curriculum and culture improvements- Tournament Director for the in house Thanksgiving Tournament, Santa Shootout, and Denny Pratt Memorial Cup - Handle over 15 yearly contracts and hundreds of hourly rentals for 3 ice sheets over the course of the year- Scheduled and worked closely with Director of Team Services for the Chicago Blackhawks practice ice throughout the year from 20••••18- Coordinate with out of town NHL teams regarding practice ice options, contracts, and rentals- Direct Facebook and Twitter accounts for the business.
