I am a Senior Technical Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, and specialising in the gaming sector. I joined Codemasters in 2019, and since then I have been part of the game studios recruitment team at Electronic Arts (EA), supporting and hiring talent for some of the most renowned and innovative studios and franchises in the world, including Battlefield, and EA Sports FC.My role involves working collaboratively with the development teams to understand their project and hiring needs, and devising and implementing effective resourcing and talent pipelining strategies. I also engage with global talent pools, university outreach programs, and industry events to attract and retain the best candidates for EA.
