My passion lies in creating resilient, high-performance buildings that not only meet but exceed the highest environmental sustainability standards, while also enhancing human health and well-being.As the head of BranchPattern\'s Building Science Practice, I spearhead decarbonization efforts across entire real estate portfolios, leveraging my expertise in building commissioning, energy modeling, and certification frameworks. I have advised on numerous high-profile projects, guiding clients to achieve hundreds of certifications within LEED, WELL, RESET, Fitwel, and Living Building Challenge systems.
