I am the 2022 IDEAFIT Leader of the Year Award recipient, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Physical Therapist specializing in biomechanics, sports performance and outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy. I have worked with NFL champion Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jerome Bettis and Hall of Fame blind side tackle from the New Orleans Saints Willie Roaf, world champion ski racer Chris Davenport, X-Games Gold medalist Mike Schultz, & MMA fighters Brendan Schaub, Shane Carwin & Elliot Marshal.In July of 2024 I launched a project 5 years in the making: the GluteSlide. The GS is a revolutionary new consumer and small gym glute training product designed to target, strengthen & tone the glutes in multiple planes of motion. I helped design, prototype, test, manufacture & program content for the hottest new golf training aid on the market: the Golf Forever Swing Trainer. The Swing Trainer is endorsed by the #1 Golfer in the world Scottie Scheffler & is the hottest selling Golf training aid of 2024. The Barrow was inspired by my youth hauling concrete around in a wheel barrow and getting \"Farm Strong!\"In 2017 I created the first plate loaded Hip Thrust machine called the Glute Drive. I licensed the product to Nautilus in 2018 and it has gone on to become the best selling commercial strength piece of equipment in the history of Nautilus (selling over units to date.) In 2010 I created a rotational training device called the RIPCORE-FX. One year later, the device and my company was acquired by functional training industry leaders TRX. I developed and launched the 8 hour TRX Rip Training education course and traveled the world educating TRX instructors, coaches, trainers and athletes on the importance of asymmetrical bar training. Although I am no longer with TRX, I continue to consider the Rip Trainer as my first born. I was a 2 time US National TaeKwon-Do champion and team captain for the US National team. I hold a I.S.K.A. super cruiserweight freestyle kickboxing title from Colorado and was a two time Bas Rutten \"tough-man\" champion. I grew up in Colorado Skiing, Snowboarding, Biking and trail running but owe most of my athleticism to my first love: Soccer. My mission is simple, I want to elevate those around me and help others actualize their human potential.

   In 2017 I created the first ever plate loaded Hip Thrust machine: the Glute Drive. I licensed the machine to Nautilus, with Core Health and Fitness distributing, and we are now on 6 of the 7 continents (polar bears get ready, we\'re coming.)
