ABOUT PETE HEALEY

As the Regional Security Manager (Canada) at Ford Motor Company, I oversee the security of all manufacturing sites across Canada and ensure the safety of staff working at them. I develop and implement security strategies, lead workplace investigations, collaborate with cross-departmental teams and drive consistency with global requirements.Before joining Ford, I was the Manager Security Canada for Molson Coors and a Police Inspector at the National Police Chiefs\' Council. At the NPCC I assisted in the delivery of projects, supported the planning team, and led in the coordination of police resources for major events such as the G7 Summit. I also served as a Staff Officer for the Coronavirus pandemic response (Op Talla), receiving National Commendations for \"Outstanding Contribution to UK Policing\".I am a self-motivated, confident, and outgoing person with a professional attitude towards work. I thrive in high-pressure environments, working in teams, using my initiative to complete tasks successfully and meet tight deadlines. I utilize my extensive knowledge and skills in security, risk assessment, and communication to adapt to situations requiring sound judgement and expertise.
