    Effectively oversaw the progress and status of 3 large medical prototype development programs, with two filing an Investigational New Drug (IND) application and initiating a Phase 1 clinical trial-Drafted and awarded 5 interagency agreements between JPEO and other government agencies for collaboration in an antibody development program; negotiated multiple agreements between USG, industry, and NGOs-Continue to use and refine trackers for medical prototypes to track funding vs. payments vs. invoices to get a clear picture of spend rates. Medical prototype programs are on track to finish within their project budget and meeting OSD goals for multiple fiscal years running-Continue to provide guidance and support to other PMs working medical prototype programs. Meet with other PMs as program matters/issues arise and imitated a weekly touch base meeting with all the PMs, saving them hours by cutting down on revisions and rework by relaying lessons learned through PM experience-Developed/fostered relationships with intra/interagency (HHS) and international partners (NGOs) and establish defined agreements to solidify those areas of collaboration to eliminate duplication of efforts, streamline development, and share data/resources-Accepted and worked stretch positions, such as tasker lead and acting deputy director roles in order to develop and refine leadership competencies.
