Leadership matters. It’s always been true and it’s especially true during times of change (think of Lincoln, Churchill, Rosa Parks, Soichiro Honda, and Mandela as examples). At Bain, we know that leadership that is aligned, energized and open to new possibilities deliver results. To that end, growth and learning matter too – not just for the sake of it, but because our capacity to learn and grow can make the world better. I live at the juncture of those two things – leadership and learning put into practice. My passion is to help leaders and top teams get ready by developing the growth mindset, knowledge and skills to be successful. Over the last 20 years I\'ve had the chance to work with many of the best leaders at many of the best companies in the world. I\'ve also been a leader myself. I\'ve seen what it takes and I know what it takes to keep leading, even when things aren\'t breaking your way. It\'s hard and in a world that feels increasingly unstable, it\'s more important than ever.
