Responsible for processing and verifying transactions related to contracts and chargebacks within pricing programs.Create reports weekly, monthly and ad hoc meant to monitor sales, DOH, returns.Analyze sales for team and to better understand what is going on. Look at sales by contract, by week, by business type. Identify key/top customers. This will give team a better understanding of the main customer base. Monitor and report on chargeback activity for Group Purchasing Organizations and and direct HCP pricing offered.Monitor contract requirements to ensure all parties remain in compliance with contract terms and conditions as well as any government regulations.Develop reports and analysis to support metric tracking statistics to departmental management as requested in order to advise as to the status, volume, and potential accrual needs of future rebate, fee, and other payments.
