My current employer DXC is a merger of CSC consulting and HPE services. Full business operation started from April 2018. In my current role I am very much involved in working with joint DXC / Oracle customers to advise on the most effective way they can adopt Oracle Cloud technologies to enable them to best digitize their enterprises for the best business agility. One of the tools we use is DXC OCI & I Oracle Practice Digital Transformation Assessment. Over 30 years experience in the IT sales industry. Positions in Direct and Channel / Partner / ISV sales, covering both UK and EMEA, with employers ranging from start up companies such as QAS Systems, Intelligent Environments, to Global Companies like MicroStrategy, Ascential Software, IBM and at Oracle (for over 9 years ongoing) with current role as an Emea start - up - OEM ISV Emea sales for Linux and OVM (virtualization) Have dealt with a wide variety of products from 4GL’s, Address Management, Enterprise Business Intelligence to Enterprise Data Integration, Oracle Fusion Middleware including BPEL, SOA – BPM, BI, Idmgt and Portal as well as looking at Fusion Middleware for existing as well new Oracle applications. Currently selling & oeming Oracle Linux and OVM to isvs across Emea. I am experienced in closing business in the UK, as well as working the US and Europe, as a part of my job, working at the VP and Director Level within organizations in a sales environment. I have sold to all types of clients from SME to Enterprise both direct and with Partners. I have worked with and or signed agreements with a wide range of partners including IBM – SWB/BCS, ICL, LogicaCMG, Accenture, Educated to degree level University Of London. Always met or beaten sales targets.
