Working as an adviser for the Innovate2Succeed programme. This national intiative is designed to drive business growth by harnessing innovation. The programme is fully funded by Innovate UK and delivered across the North of England by RTC North through the Enterprise Europe Network.Activity is focussed on ambitious companies who want to unlock their innovation management potential and provides one to one, tailored coaching and mentoring support. The programme can address innovation management challenges such as- Development and implementation of practical innovation management processes- Enabling planned innovation and commercialisation activity- Connections to high quality specialist advice, support and facilities- Identification and access to new markets- Creation of a culture of innovation to stimulate, capture and develop ideas for growth- Becoming investment ready and securing funding and finance.
