While everyone else is talking about what to do, I am shipping products to customers.I move faster than most. It makes slow people uncomfortable. It makes customers and clients happy.I love to learn.I learned how to sell from Wolfgang Puck.I learned how to design innovative, beautiful physical products and operationalize a business from Michael Voltaggio.I learned to code from General Assembly, rehash agency (first tech job in 2013) and the internet.I learned business, traditional marketing, digital marketing, b2b sales, b2c sales, customer success, user experience and product development from the school of the hard knocks through a company I bootstrapped. I fought hard and took a beating. I never quit and I won.I am learned about enterprise SaaS and AI as Director of Product Management.(I will win at this too -))- Update: Company Acquired Oct 2023Now I am creating amazing experiences for millions of Veterans of the United States Armed Services through the Department of Veteran Affairs.I am a skilled interdisciplinary problem solver with 15 years of experience building enterprise, business and consumer facing products in rapidly evolving environments. I like difficult, complex problems and solving them through elegant experiences that users love. I never get scared. I maintain a positive mental attitude in even the most difficult positions. I don\'t quit until the job is done.
