With over 100 years of combined retirement plan administration experience, Mr. Cardillo’s administration firm, Southern Pension Services, delivers top-notch assistance that fulfills its clienteles’ need for on-going retirement plan management and annual plan reporting.Before joining Southern Pension Services as Vice President in 2018, he acquired valuable retirement plan industry experience ranging from managing the installation and conversion of retirement plans from different investment providers to consulting daily with Plan Sponsors on the operation of their retirement plans. Mr. Cardillo joined Southern Pension Services as Vice President responsible for the company’s growth strategy. As President, in addition to the company’s growth strategy driven by marketing and sales, he works closely with business owners, advisors, and investment providers to ensure that clients’ retirement plans work in the best interest of employers and their employees.Mr. Cardillo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business in Finance in December 2007. After being awarded a scholarship to the University of Tampa – John H. Sykes College of Business, he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in August 2011. Additionally, he holds the professional designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) acquired through the American Society of Professionals and Actuaries in 2018.Besides being involved in national professional organizations, such as the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and TPABenchmark, Mr. Cardillo is actively involved in the local professional community as a member and 20••••24’s Past President of Florida West Coast Employee Benefits Council (FWCEBC) and the Tampa Bay Pension Council. In his free time, Mr. Cardillo donates his expertise and resources to national and local non-profit organizations in support of the private retirement system.

   As President of Southern Pension Services, Mr. Cardillo is responsible for overseeing the company’s direction and client portfolio growth. Mr. Cardillo assists clients with retirement plan design, plan document preparation, plan consulting and compliance, and on an on-going basis, ensures that the administration of the retirement plans is timely and accurately reported. Working closely with the client’s financial advisor, Southern Pension Services has established relationships with many financial institutions to provide seamless retirement plan administration and investment services.
