Strategic leadership of the core data team and function in the charity, re-establishing pride and performance in the team.Shaped organisational and technology directorate business plans, prioritising resources and managing 6 figure budget allocations to be laser focussed on strategic goals. Undertook product and contract ownership roles, leading to an increased utilisation of system functionality increasing efficiency and improving customer experience.
