Peter A. Barile (\"Pete\") litigates high-stakes, complex antitrust, trade regulation, and commodities manipulation cases. Twenty years of experience as an antitrust litigator, representing clients on both sides of the docket in a variety of industries and contexts, from consumers and investors to institutions and corporations, whether as individual plaintiffs, class plaintiffs, opt-outs, targets of government investigations, or defendants. Devotes a substantial amount of his practice to federal antitrust and commodities manipulation class action litigation involving the financial services industry in federal courts. He is or has been lead counsel or otherwise represented investors in major cases involving price fixing, bid rigging, market allocation, commodities fraud and manipulation, including in the financial services, high tech, and agricultural sectors.
