I\'m a first-generation lawyer and patent attorney with a strong focus on intellectual property in high-tech sectors like electronics, telecommunications, and computer science.I work with startups, tech companies, and multinational corporations to protect, defend, and commercialize their innovations. My experience includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications across key jurisdictions—India, the U.S, Europe, China, Singapore, Australia, and Japan. I represent clients before the Indian Patent Office and offer strategic advice on office actions and international portfolio management.I’ve also been actively involved in patent licensing negotiations, helping clients unlock the commercial value of their IP. On the litigation and enforcement side, I’ve worked on both pre-grant and post-grant oppositions, helping challenge or defend critical patents.My practice extends into patent analytics—covering prior art searches, FTO (freedom-to-operate), infringement and invalidity opinions, and competitive landscape assessments. I regularly support M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions by advising on IP due diligence and deal structuring, including issues related to Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and licensing frameworks.At the heart of it, I enjoy building thoughtful, business-aligned IP strategies that help innovators move forward with clarity and confidence.
