My previous roles have exposed me to different projects and helped me learn to identify commercial opportunities, provide strategic advice, build critical relationships, undertake due diligence and data analysis, and manage complex projects to success.My property experience ranges from property development, property research and analysis, strategic asset management, project management, property advisory and property management. I am interested in property development and property research and analysis, particularly financial analysis.My qualifications are an M.Sc. in Project Management and a B.Sc.(Honours) in Property Studies, both degrees were awarded by the University of Cape Town.
