As Chief Executive Officer of Services for the UnderServed (S:US), I lead an organization committed to ensuring New Yorkers in need have a stable home, access to care, and the opportunity to live a life of dignity and purpose. S:US supports tens of thousands of individuals and families each year through an integrated portfolio of Supportive and Affordable Housing, Behavioral Health Services, Homeless Services, Developmental Disabilities Services, and Veterans Services.With more than housing units across New York City—and 1,500+ additional units in development—S:US is one of New York’s leading nonprofit housing developers and service providers. My work centers on expanding housing access, strengthening care delivery systems, and building partnerships that drive long term community impact.I collaborate closely with senior leadership, government partners, and Boards to advance organizational strategy, financial sustainability, and mission alignment.
