Lead all aspects of the statewide chapter to address the challenges bleeding disorder patients and their families in our community face through education, advocacy, and research. Serve as one of seven Executive Directors in the $26 Million National Hemophilia Foundation network. Supervise staff, generate and manage annual operating budget - the highest revenue produced among the merged chapter network and the only national chapter to produce a budget surplus in 5 consecutive years- with primary responsibilities in statewide advocacy, program innovations such as medical camp, and in implementing a financial assistance program to help families in economic distress, with additional duties that serve the national scope. My role since 2019 has been dedicated to expanding the organization\'s footprint in the state to increase services with the following key metrics: 23% revenue growth and 39% increase in program participation while receiving national recognition for excellence in health equity, diversity and inclusion. I’ve also worked with broad coalitions upwards of 40 independent agencies that included testimony to the CO House Public and Behavioral Health and Human Services Committee to enact legislation designed to remove systemic barriers in health care, most notably through the passage of HB22-1370 and SB23-195.
