About Perry Hardison

With a dual career in higher education and personal/spiritual growth, I bring a lifetime of expertise in leadership, critical thinking, and personal growth and development. As a college instructor, I teach philosophy, religious studies, and critical thinking. As a campus leader, I have been deeply involved as the point person in major projects such as accreditation reaffirmation, development of the campus strategic plan, and reorganization of the college’s organizational structure. As a leader of non-profit organizations, I served as the chief administrative officer and my work included goal-setting, planning, leadership, budgeting, as well as regular speaking to large and small groups. As the director of my own company providing speaking, consulting, and officiating of ceremonies (weddings, funerals, child-dedications), I have experience in marketing, customer-relations, and public-speaking. I am also a certified premarital counselor and provide life-coaching services. If you need consultations or presentations on comparative religions, biblical studies, leadership, or critical thinking (problem-solving, goal-setting, creative thinking, etc.), I bring academic and practical experience to the table. If you need a guest speaker for your church or other religious group, I have the experience of a pastor. If you need a wedding minister or officiant for another ceremony or ritual, or a toastmaster, I have years of experience combined with the knowledge of the role and importance of ceremonies in the human experience.
