Winning over $150m in grants through my career, I\'ve led dynamic teams to secure 450% undesignated revenue growth, to win major strategic funding (beating out 300+ INGO consortia), and to win 7 best in class CSR/ESG awards- Strategic Leader. Developing & delivering non-profit strategy, programs serving up to 3.5m people annually, marketing & communications strategy for donor audiences giving over $600 million annually, and scaling impact through a network of 2500 local and national non-profits and changemakers and young leaders- Trainer and Leadership Multiplier of over 30 senior leadership teams, 200 senior leaders and global changemakers on 5 continents, 95% of whom were young leaders- People-First Talent Generating Leader, achieving: 99% staff satisfaction; 98% trust in leadership and 98% belief in values across large global teams.
