About Perry Anne Scott
As the founder and principal consultant of Converge Coaching and Consulting, I have the privilege of leading a talented team of coaches and facilitators dedicated to helping mid-market organizations navigate and thrive amidst the challenges of growth. We specialize in delivering impactful leadership and team workshops, assessments, and personalized coaching to empower organizations and their leaders. One of my core passions is helping technical experts transform into exceptional people leaders. To support this mission, I designed Launch! The Manager\'s Masterclass—a program that equips emerging leaders with the critical people skills they need to inspire, guide, and lead effectively. Watching participants grow into confident and capable leaders is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. My educational background includes a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Carolina and an M.Ed. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia. I hold advanced certifications in the Hogan assessment, Everything DiSC, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Additionally, I am a certified executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching and have completed ICF certified training at the PCC level. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I cherish life with my husband of 28 years, our three children (two young adult sons and a high school senior daughter), and our 14-year-old Yorkie. In my free time, you’ll often find me on the water, enjoying quality moments with friends and family.
