In 1978, Perry was selected as Independence Bank\'s 1st Management Trainee. His Operational Training included all facets, 3 years of Auditing, and 3 years as an Operations Officer in Los Angeles. Perry was then selected into Security Pacific National Bank\'s Officer Program which allowed him to Manage Retail Branches in both Los Angeles & Ventura Counties. In 1987, Perry entered Real Estate and has enjoyed helping Buyers/Sellers/Landlords & Tenants everyday. Today, Perry\'s Partner is Linda Enright and the two have created an energy that makes Real Estate what it should be.
